In the center of the villa is located the waterfall which feeds the swimmingpool ( 8m x 4m). Pool and sundeck are connected to the villa.
Level 1 : living area, one bedroom, guestbathroom, pool and sundeck
Level 2 : dining area, waterfall
Level 3 : entrance, main kitchen ( fully equipped ), utility room, masterbedroom with ensuite bathroom
Level 4 : two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, two kitchen
The rooms on Level 4 have their own access, so they can be used as separate apartments. Access from Level 3 inside of the building by concrete stairs.
