General Information about Hermitage Estate
The Hermitage Estate villas are situated on 3 acres of land. Lush tropical landscaping frames all the houses. Hermitage Estate belongs to a German-Lucian couple which spends more than 3 months a year in St. Lucia. This guarantees that Hermitage is around the year in a perfect condition.
The distance to the next village Soufriere is about 2,5 miles. Hermitage is situated between the two Pitons in about 1200 ft. above sealevel with its own access to the main road ( dist. 1/2 mile).
Caused by the elevation Hermitage has a moderate climate ( 2o celsius in the night, 27 celsius in the daytime ) and almost no mosquitos.

All the villas have telefon and video. Bedsheets, towels and blankets are in the houses.
Included in the rates is the gardener and a maid for each villa, working 5 1/2 days a week halfdays. The maids are also able to cook and prepare creole meals ( 12 USD/day have to be paid for this extra service if required ).
St. Lucia offers you unnummerous beaches to discover but also developed beaches with sports- and divefacilities. Soufriere has three beaches ( dist. 10-20 min. drive from Hermitage ).
For your stay it is absolutely necessary to rent a car.
